Bianca King revealed the reason why she kept quiet about Sofia Andres’s pregnancy

Whether she is a has-been or never-been, Sofia Andres’ baby reveal was welcome news for many observers.

Her Instagram (@iamsofiaandres) is full of baby pictures and clips related to her newfound role as a mother.

One post was a 3:40 seconder clip that documented her journey to motherhood. She said it was an emotional journey with her family, friends, and boyfriend of four years in Australia. The clip saw montages of the couple while strolling or spending time with each other, especially of Daniel eating with her during her cravings.

Later posts would reveal that Zoe had been baptized in February prior to the lockdown. In attendance were family and friends including actress Bianca King.

Bianca and Sofia became close when they did the defunct Kapamilya series Pusong Ligaw back in April 2017 until January 2018. From their togetherness during tapings, they were able to establish a good friendship between them.

Apparently, Bianca is one of Sofia’s close friends who kept her pregnancy a secret. The latter’s older sister Lara Andres thanked those friends of the actress who chose to respect her privacy.

Bianca recently posted a throwback video of her and Sofia during the times they cooked together.

This prompted some netizens to leave comments about Sofia’s baby bump as well as the actress’ friendship with Bianca.

When asked how they were related to each other, Bianca replied, “Super duper close friends!”

Another one said that the actress’s baby bump was obvious.

Bianca clarified that the video was shot in February 2020 and her friend gave birth in November of 2019. One netizen showed appreciation to Bianca for giving Sofia the privacy that she needed.

The older actress answered, “of course naman. It’s not my story to tell. I’m just here to support her.”
